Ibibo Group / Goibibo — request to refund amount.

I have made a bus ticket from sagwara (Rajasthan) to kota on 27/10/19, travel date - 28/10/19 we had informed by the bus operator that bus is not going to operate today (28/10/19) so you will be refuned in 24hrs, today (02/11/2019) not yet refunded in my account.
Now here is the only final hope to get my refund. Please help me out.

I have booked a train ticket onw3/07/19.Booking I'd TRNAFE1JCUMZR7.DATE OF JOURNEY IS 04/11/19. NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL THAT TICKET FOR SOME REASON. THEY TOLD NO UPCOMING TRIP. BUT THEY SENT A TICKET ALSO VIA MAIL.DUE TO NO RECORD CANCEL NOT POSSIBLE. EVEN THEY didn't SHEAR even mail I'd also. Now what has to be done. Please solve otherwise lossMoney
