Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Rescheduling International Flight

Goibibo confirmed that we can reschedule the flight when situation is back to normal but we kept calling from last year and still we don't have any answers. We have sent infinite emails and called them but they couldn't help. Newzealand airlines confirmed that they have returned the money to Goibibo. But we still don't have any update on the status.
