[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — rescheduling request of flight ticket | |||||
Have been trying to connect with go ibibo representative since yesterday but everytime ivr is giving message that call volumes are high and therefore i should put my request from help option in the app. When i am going to help option, there is a robot who does not understand my query and just sending my templates. Somehow i requested for rescheduling the flight and got the message that someone will connect with me in 6hrs but noone connected and then i got the message that as per the consent from me they are cancelling the rescheduling request. I need to talk to representative and understand how i can change my flight timings now as by mistake i choose incorrect time Was this information helpful? | |||||

I booked the seat for the train number 12462 from jaipur to delhi for the date of 8th September 2018. More then three times ticket failure but amount deducted continuesly.. i request you sir please focus on my problem..and resolve it.. i need my money back..
