[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — room charges | |||
1. Hotel booking done for guest @ chiplun by my credit card of amount rs. 937/- & recvd the voucher instantly, guest reached at hotel. 2. Hotelier denied the booking because goibibo did not cleared the earlier balance payment (Irrelevant to us). 3. Called at call goibibo customer care and resolved the issue assuring the payments from goibibo by their agent. 4. Next day @ checkout, my guest was charged rs. 1200/- for his stay as goibibo did not paid the hotelier. Was this information helpful? | |||
