[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — room type | |||||
We have booked room online from go ibibo for 3 adults and we received booking for 3rson and when we reached hotel they provided facility for 2 adults only. We paid for 3 person n hotel give us facility for 2 people only. The same type booking wr did for singapore and genting but we didn't face such problem, but in malysia we are suffering this truble and we are not at all satisfied from your service. Every time we did booking from goibibo but this time we are not satisfied at all. Already one day we have spent bit still 1 day is left so we need 3 adults room else i want my money return any how.
