Ibibo Group / Goibibo — rude and indecent behaviour | |||
I booked a hotel via Go Ibibo for Shirdi location. Hotel Saish Booking id - HTL58MBE6L Stay dates - 7th April and check out on 8th April It was the worst experience of my life since I have never experienced so many problems in one day. We were a group of 4 people who visited the holy location. List of problems detailed below. 1 . The hotel was the best place to get insulted. The watchman at the hotel was rude and behaved in such a manner that we had been there for a free stay at his place. There was a slight disagreement on the direction of parking. We wanted to reverse park and he didn't want us to. For such a miniscule issue he started yelling and abusing us. We wanted to ignore the incident and move on but the fact that the watchman was rude and abusive was comprehended by another incident the same day involving another guest. The watchman got into an ugly spat and threatened to hit the guest with his stick. Overall it was a very disappointing and insulting experience. 2. The room was dirty and unhygienic. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't covered entirely resulting in mosquitoes in the room. I am a frequent traveller to Shirdi and never ever have I seen a hotel with so frequent power cuts.
