Ibibo Group / Goibibo — rude behaviour and supportive response | |||
I am your regular customer and my husband (Mr. Manik pandhi) too is your regular client. We get all our tickets booked from this app. All our hotel bookings etc. Are also done from this app only. Last week we got some issue regarding the hotel booking in raipur which was under the name of mr. Vishal nayyar, it got resolved by your team eventually but we had faced a lot of problem. Today my wife got a hotel booking done in seawood juhu hotel, she got it done single occupancy by mistake. The hotel staff didn’t allow us both to check in as the booking was done for single person, they were asking 1000 more for the other person which was totally unfair because online in booking the rate was exactly same for single and double occupancy. On this matter when we had complaint your concerned person, he talked in a very rude manner and didn’t help us in resolving anything. When there was issue because of go ibibo team in our raipur bookings we had adjusted with you but when we got a mistake done in our booking there was no help from your side. As your regular customers as we are giving you so much business this behaviour was too rude and unsatisfied. We will never get any bookings from your now. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
