[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — service and negligence | |||
I booked a hotel name mint ebony in banjara hills, hyderabad for 2 nights. There were lots of bedbugs in my room as well as rooms are not maintained properly. They charge[protected]/- per night. After complaining to goibibo, they changed this hotel to hotel tanisha, jubilee hills, hyderabad. But again, same bedbugs problem, lots of cockroaches were there in our room in tanisha hotel. So again we complained to goibibo about same problems. Goibibo assured me that they will provide me new hotel or will refund. But even after so much complaining and all those requests, goibibo didn’t called back and didn’t even bothered to change our room. Very bad service from goibibo. Was this information helpful? | |||
