Very worst app and services its the very bad experience again after paying online in advance didn't get the proper services of queries. All hotels and services are not as per the mention in goibibo. Its very ridicules app i inform to others don't west your money and time by booking this goibibo app and website. Never expecting and good services form this company. Didn't mention any customer support mail id and even call to customer care no. Hold for 40 min still didn't get any solution for query and not even have courtesy to replay on mail as discuss on call
