Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Spicejet refunded for cancelled pnr no. J57J5L but goibibo not send it to my account

Spicejet refunded for cancelled pnr no J57J5L. But goibibo not refund it to my account. They stop customer care service. On mobile app, gia is unable to solve it. It is very ridiculas service by goibibo. I request to refund my amount earliest otherwise I will constraint to go consumer court
