I booked my e-ticket online from goibibo.com on 1 jan 2020 for the date of journey 22 april 2020. Goibibo transaction id is trndfjagnfu91r. I could not travel by this ticket due to cancel the train by indian railway on 15 april 20. That train suspended from 15th april 20 to 3rd may 20 for the prevention of pandemic covid19.
And i have received a email from irctc about my ticket cancellation and refund on 15 april 2020. Irctc mentioned in mail collect your refunded money from your agent (Gobibo.com)
But still now i didn’t get any refund from my agent (Goibibo.com) against goibibo transaction id - trndfjagnfu91r.
For the above matter i tried to contact with goibibo customer care executive but i did not get any helpful response by human employee. The phone, and chat automatically operated by computerized system these are not useful for all cases.
