Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Technical Issue and Money deducted but no booking

I have done booking in goibibo for a hotel today (15 april) around 6:30 pm IST.

Booking Id : HTLDVAYRDSB69EDQ.

But there is some glitch in booking and now there is no way i can find this booking.
Money is deducted from UPI and the poor customer care service could not even has a way to contact some person without having a booking link (which is not showing under my profile.)

Confirmed with hotel as no booking details found.

Please help me resolve the issue and send the money back.
