[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — the payment is not done by goibibo to the hotel | |
My booking id is htl46yx58h. The holiday inn express jakarta hotel say that they have not received the payment/ booking amount till now by goibibo. I have already paid the amount online through goibibo app on 14th of august. This is really disappointing. I have given my card on security basis. This is completely unprofessional. Today is 15 august. My check in has been done on 14 and check out is on 17 but goibibo has not done the transfer yet. Would not likely to go back to goibibo again. I have repeatedly called them but they have been making false excuses and have not worked on it yet. This issue has been neglected and this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is not accepted. My money debited but bookig not done and not given refund or Rs1779.00 i book my ticket from nagpur to ccmt mumbai on dated 14Aug 2019 that time i had paid such amt but inever give from any responce from this agency ..
