Reference No.[protected] is refund request I made to the company they send me a voucher with a value that is less than the amount I paid replied to them saying I did not was the voucher but they never came back to me. Kindly note that i have already called several times with no solution.

Please I will like a refund no voucher is needed considering that I used a Credit card and I am now required to pay interest for something I do not want. Please make sure to refund to my card.

Hello Bhaduri,

My family is going through a very difficult period right now I need a refund we do not need the voucher kindly refund the money instead.
I was not consulted on the voucher and I will take legal action if the money I not refunded.
