Hi, I have booked flight from goibibo for the airlines spice jet. My pnr no is xek1jn dtd 10th november. My registered no is [protected]. I have cancelled ticket online on 7th november, 2018. Today i called spice jet for refund then they have replied that refund already initiated to goibibo on 7th november. But till date we have not received refund. Please do the needful and refund the amount. We have tried to call goibibo customer care but not getting response. Firstly we have tried to cancell from goibibo but at that time customer care executive told to contact spice jet. Please refund the amount Was this information helpful? | |||
