Respected sir my pnr no is j7hrwf i have booked tickets for 11th may 2019 not for 10 may 2019 as i have screen shots available with me of app that i have booked tickets for 11th only not for 10th please look out with my issue i dont want tickets for 10th refund my full amount or give 11th may tickets and i have already booked complaint on same with customer care but no response till now

In reference to your concern, we have attached the snapshot of all the 04 attempts you made for this booking.

Please note that the first booking trial was for the travel date May 11, 2019, but - payment was not made for the same.

However, another 03 booking attempts were with travel date as May 10, 2019 out of which payment processed on the last attempt and booking was confirmed for travel date: May 10, 2019, 9:35 p.m.

For any clarification, please revert on the Ticket #27733958.

Updated by Priyam1995 #27733958 respected sir reason provided from your side is unofficial just go with my snapshots in which u can see the timings and match out with the timings of tickets booked by me so i want 11th may tickets or else cancel them all

Please go with my snapshot that contains timing with the clear booking 11th may so give me 11th may tickets or else refund out my money
Snapshot shows clearly that i hav done bookings for 11ty may not for 10th may
And please check out snap shot sended by you shows payment accepted is 2:06 pm and my snapshot shows 2:35 pm with 11th may booking
Its a very serious issue
