This is in reference to your query regarding the Refund status on booking ID:- TRNAF8ZTNNWF59 Kindly note that the above transaction could not be completed on our website and due to that your tickets could not be confirmed. As per your concern we have initiated refund for the full amount against the above transaction on 30/01/2019, the refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 5 to 14 working days, depending on your bank. We checked account details and observed that our team already reverted with the closure, stating refund of INR 10340 processed on February 19th, 2019 on the same account/credit card/ mode of payment with which you confirmed the booking. It must reflect in the respective account within 5-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays), from the date of refund success.
