Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Train ticket got cancelled ,refund amount

I have my train bookings on 9th may2020 of Rs2751 and on 10th may 2020 of costs Rs.390, but due to lockdown train got cancelled, but still the amount has not refunded please make it as soon as possible
