Hi, I booked a train ticket from Bangalore to Kalyan, Mumbai for 14 sept, 2022 and I wanted to cancel it later on but the booking is not reflecting in my account and cancellation isn't possible from irctc website since I didn't book it directly there. I've tried calling goibibo's customer care service and there is no option to connect with an executive at all! This has been a depressing encounter with goibibo.
