Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Transaction failed but amount deducted from bank account | |||
I have made a transaction on 17th March 2021 through IBIBO Web Pvt. Ltd. portal amounting Rs. 30000.00 against Ref Id:[protected] . This transaction has been failed and payment is not received to merchant, however amount has been deducted from my saving bank account. Request you to please initiate the refund of Rs 30000.00 immediately as its already more than 2, 3 weeks payment got stucked. Was this information helpful? | |||
