[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — transaction failed but amount not refunded from goibibo

I have booked the air ticket 0n 19th april 2019 from chennai to bhubaneshwar for rs 5610. After completion of payment it showed transaction failure. So i waited for 6 days for the refund amount. But till now its not yet refunded. I have send the complaint in customer service forum but no response from the company. So im writing here. Do the needful
