[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — trying since 2 weeks to get flight rescheduled. | |||||
I have been trying to get my tickets rescheduled since a week now. I haven't received any call from your cc executive (which you claim I should have received within 6 hours of raising the request), and no one picks up the customer care number! I have been assigned 3 service request ids in a week (through the complaints I logged on your website), which ideally should have been resolved within 2 hours( your claim), but they are as useless as your '24x7 goCare Support'. I am sure, simply providing an inadequate chat bot and automated messages on your cc number can not be termed as 24/7 customer support. Now, if the prices surge high or I don'e get a seat, then who is to be blamed here? Was this information helpful? | |||||
