[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — udf refund not processed

Dear concerned

I made 2 tickets of air india for the sector delhi - london through goibibo website on 20/06/2017.
One with pnr hdhp7 (Return ticket del-lhr & lhr-del) and other with pnr jjczt (One way lhr-del).
In between the month of july government announced that udf will be refunded back for the tickets purchased before 7 july 2017.
Hence i applied for the same.
Amount of rs. 1019/- for the pnr jjczt refunded back on 02/08/2017.
I complained again to the concerned person regarding the refund not processed for pnr hdhp7 on 10/08/2017. They registered my complaint and told me that same will be resolved in 5-14 working days.
Now on 15th day i called to customer care of goibibo and they told me that my refund is still to be filed with air inida.
Still they haven't filed my refund and god knows when i will be getting that back.
They have taken my good 15days time in waiting ans still my query not resolved.
Please give my refund back for hdhp7 asap.
