Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unable to get refund from goibibo | |||
I had booked hotel in oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage from goibibo site, but when i reached hotel honour of the hotel denied to check in because of online booking. He told me that we are not accepting online booking at the mean time i called customer care which given in invoice but the customer care number was oyo customer care number. I talked with oyo customer care and explain everything and oyo assured that in such cases you have to relocation or refund and i dont want any relocation so i told for refund.They told me your refund will be initiated within 7 to 14 days working hour. But after 20 days when i dont get any refund i agained called oyo and i asked for refund but at that time oyo told me that we will not provide you any refund because you booked your hotel from oyo. Then i tried to contact goibi bo but unable to contact. So i am helpless so kindly help me to refund Was this information helpful? | |||
