[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unauthorized payment & multiple flight ticket booking | |||||
On 2nd April, I was ticket for 20th April (Bangalore to Bhubaneswar)& 25th April ( Bhubaneswar to Bangalore) through my credit card. After entered my pin, the Go-Ibibo page showed that there is a error for airline or seat unavailablity. Please try again. Second time, again error came and i cannot why understand that my card is maximised. So, I booked again from MMT with my debit card. For past 02 days, Go-Ibibo persons are calling that it will be resolved but my earlier service ticket was cloased as resolved without my approval. I request to resolve otherwise I have to take proper legal actions for fraudulent charges. Was this information helpful? | |||||
