Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unavailability of stay following online payment. | |||
As per the payment I made to goibibo on May 25th through online transaction of Rs.6107, I had received a mail confirming the stay from 5th June to 9th June with Booking id- HTL6B553L9 in Hotel safa INN, trivandrum...On my arrival I was informed no booking was done in my name and goibibo is replaced and oyo has taken over the hotel and I tried contacting the goibibo but in vain.
