[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unethical behavior, poor service.

I have been trying to connect with the customer care form last 2days but i have not received any proper response.
I tried booking ticket on 29th june but the booking got failed. Still my money got deducted.
I have be tryong to connect regarding the above issue the response is very poor. My 12000 rs. Got deducted
I am waiting for there reply on their chat support from more than 1 hour but have not received any reply.

i am sorry to say your 24*7 contact number and chat system is not help full at all. there is no option that connects me to one of your human executives. the bot keep on repeating the same answers on loop.
You people are unreachable. and your response time is also very very poor.
