[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unprofessional behaviour of goibibo and committing cheating and forgery

It is very strange to write down here that the goibibo has appointed team o[censored]nprofessional people on their helpline desks i. E. Might be 10th class pass who do not know how to respond to the queries of complaints of customers who by mistake have booked tickets from their sites. It is totally unprofessionalism and forgery committed by these types of sites who are pocketing money of innocent persons for years and getting interest on the same. My case is also one of the same. Now i have left no other option but to lodge a complaint against goibibo and its employee deepanshu and harjot singh in consumer forum for torturing, harassing and humiliating a customer, causing mental agony for rs. 1, 50, 000/- plus refund of ticket with interest from 26th april. The detail of case is as under:
I booked one ticket from shirdi to chandigarh on 26.4.2018 for 18.8.2018 through this site and the money was deducted on the same date, but no pnr no. Was shown either in my goibibo account, email account and irctc account. I talked to their helpline and they promised that very soon i will get the pnr no. Thereafter i was busy in my daily shedule and on 14th august, when i tried to take print out of ticket from shirdi to chandigarh, then it came to light that no pnr has been issued by the goibibo till date. I enquired from the goibibo helpline and they shown their helplessness in providing me my pnr no. For my onward journey. I told them that i am going to book another ticket as i am not having any ticket with me and i taken consent from them and proof regarding the same is with me. I send them screen shot of goibibo account as well as irctc acct, but they remained silent. They told me to contact shirdi station staff on 18.8.2018 regarding my five tickets. I contacted them on 18.8.18, but they refused to provide me any detail. Then i contacted tc of the train i. E. 22455 and got the screen shot of ticket chart and in the same in coach b1 my five tickets were appearing. This all has been done due to the negligence of goibibo people. Yesterday one deepanshu after talking to me for half an hour rejected my plea by stating that they will not refund my amount, as i was having confirmed tickets and no prior information was given to them and talked to me in a rude way. So, i left with no other option but to file a complaint against goibibo and irctc and lodge a complaint before hon'ble railway minister and also lodge a case before hon'ble high court for cheating innocent persons:

Date of journey: 18.8.2018
Place: shirdi to chandigarh
Train: 22455 sainagar shirdi to chandigarh 3 tier act 5 tickets
Now i got pnr no. From tc which is pnr no. [protected], which i only got from tc during my journey and the goibibo is not having details of that pnr no., they are just having mine amount with them. This is totally rediculous.

The Goibibo is not going to understand that due to negligence on their part, i remain unable to get PNR no. of train 22455 of 18.8.2018 from Shirdi to Chandigarh despite giving prior information. Now due to rude attitude of Goibibo, I am fighting this case for the innocent persons who are being looted by these sites who are menting money by keeping the same for year and getting interest on the same. I also gone through much complaints of aggrieved persons and Ialso taken copy of the same, which will help me in pursuing my case before the appropriate courts
