I was trying to do a web check-in on 13th oct 2020 for a spice jet flight SG-8184 flying on 6th nov, 2020 from Pune to Delhi. I chose to pay through UPI for seat selection, I received 3 different requests from goibibo for payment in 2 seconds. I chose one of them and paid. An invoice of the same is attached below. I received a message from my bank about payment deduction too but the payment wasn't updated on goibibo app. And it's still showing that I need to select a seat and complete the check-in process for the above mentioned flight.
The booking is done under the booking id: GOFLDMTAND94E8B[protected].
I tried several time chatting with their chat bot Gia which couldn't understand my query. None of their customer care numbers are reachable. There is no official email for registering complaints.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
