Sir, I Divya Jain have made a flight booking from trivendrum to jaipur on 10/02/2021 at 22.00.14 with RRN.[protected] via UPI...prateek.[protected]@icici to [protected]@hdfcbank for Rs.14783 but the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I tried to contact goibibo but there is no way to contact goibibo customer care executive so i am feeling very helpless. Please someone help! Feb 20, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Yippi i got my amount back on 19/02/2021 but i must say that the customer care of goibibo is very bad no connectivity.. Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have same problem facing, where i booked my bus ticket and the amount 1890 rs deducted from myhdfc account, the amount has been debited but i did not recieved any ticket and confirmatiin in my mobile number..feeling helpless, please help me.
