Ibibo Group / Goibibo — UPI Transaction failed but amount deducted from account. | |
I was trying to book a hotel via the goibibo application. My UPI transaction was failed but the amount got deducted from my account. The bank says the amount has been issued from their end and i should contact the merchant. There is no where on the application of goibibo where they have provided any space for complaint or queries. I am not able to talk to any customer care executive as they only have robots working. I have attached screenshot of my transaction, please provide me with my refund ASAP.
