Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Waste my money with booked a hotel without electricity water heat and food | |||||
I booked hotel shiwalik regency shimla via goibibo ( booking id HTLTU6TMAF/2108216 )dated 6 jan2017 to 9 jan2017...For three days but there was no electricity, power backup, bathing water, food heating in chilling temperature of shimla. So i had to change this hotel and i buy another hotel room in emergency where everything was perfect but hotel shivalik booked through goibibo failed to provide any basic service, and goibibo refuse to refund me anything and hotel use rude language. There was not even basic services ( more than 4800/- per day) 1. Electricity 2, emergency light 3. Power backup 4. Hot water and heating 5. Complimentary breakfast(that was included) 6. Even i was not able to bath and mobile charging. Was this information helpful? | |||||
