I have booked an hotel through goibibo site for 13 to 15th July. I had to do partial cancellation due to sudden plan change. have raised a request on 13th July but till 14th July it was not resolved. i have called customer care at the time of checkout. But no resolution on that and made me to wait 2 hours at hotel reception and finally they came up that cancellation can't be done and it's non refundable.
it's a preapaid booking but all of the sudden in hotel app it's showing that i had to pay extra amount and none of them are having clue about it why it's showing.
Goibibo customer service have wasted my time and money unnecessarily.
