[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — worst experience at goibibo service at hotel

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201009

Already informed at the the time when i was in hotel to goibibo & hotel management regarding the privacy issue experienced at hotel zeeras in varanasi on 22nd november 2018 morning by their staff.

They have entered into room, keys are with me. Without acknowledging me that they are going to enter into the room.

*what is the use of keys if hotel management easily acess booked room without permission of room owner.
Want strict action on hotel and goibibo such that in future every person think twice before doing such incident.

I informed at the time of first report to you regarding worst issued had with you and your service provider to contact me on [protected].

Time is passing no action from your side done.
