[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong booking made | |||
Dear customer care dept. Its been three days your customer care team trying to justify their mistake. I booked "delux room" at the elanza for 2 nights. I never made any request for twin sharing twin bed room and non smoking room. But on your booking shared with hotelier, they got special request raised from your team, mentioning twin bed room and non smoking room. Two thing i want to make it clear, i was single person travelling, then why would i need twin bed room, and i do smoke they why you people booked non smoking room for me. I have attached a image of booking letter shared by goibibo to elanza. Please explain how these special request came on my booking. Due to your mistake i had to sleep on single bed, and had to fight hotel team at 1am night for my room. Iq level of your all agents who attended my case, is excellent who could not understand simple mistake made by goibibo or they wanted to justify their mistake and want to make fool out of me. Still after reviewing this booking document of booking, your expert team thinks they never made any mistake. Then next time i and my company will think twice making bookings though goibibo.
