[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong commitment and failed to fulfill the commitment for full refund and give cash

Goibio delayed in response at every level. I have to call so many time and still not resolve the issue.
Rep said manager forgot to approve the refund and gocash amount.
Now they need more time.
Because of their delay to contact airlines, no call back, and fake promises flight priced has increased to 18000 from 7000.
I want them to pay for my ticket now as it was their fault to resolve the concern on time.
