I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights
The issue that I have experienced was: Even though I searched for a Chennai to Krabi flight on Sept 6th, website showed Chennai to Phuket along with Krabi. There was no intimation from the website that they have suggested another airport 160 KM away in a different island from Krabi. The airline asked me to show a screen recording with the error which did (also attached to this complaint) and subsequently they accepted it as a technical error. After 2 days they offered me a 1-2 days reschedule of flight which I cannot as I have booked my stay and return tickets. I asked for Chennai to Krabi on the same day by the same Thai airways but they keep delaying the response to my request stating that Thai Airways is not responding to them since Friday 5th Sept.
Also i clearly told them the below request was the right option as its at the same ticket cost and I don't have to change my starting journey.

Yes after repeated calls and mails falling to deaf ears.
I m unable to attach the tickets booked and website error recording as theyre in PDF and due to video size.

I have also offered to pay for any difference in ticket charges if any. I feel they're unnecessarily delaying the resolution so that the ticket prices increase a lot by then they will become unaffordable.
