Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong display of information on app and then they taking customers money. | |||||
Hello, This is regarding the booking i made for my mother, mrs shelly hans though goibibo on 4/13/17 for goa to bhubaneshwar, travel date 28/12/17. The experience i had after the booking was a nightmare, when i made the booking it displayed a connecting flight but on confirmation with the airline, they claimed that it's not a connecting flight but goibibo has tried to make it into a connecting flight on its own free will. It's not connecting, i'm suppose to check in and check out my luggage twice and what goibibo has done is that they have tried to make it connecting, where as they are two different flights, and this is clearly not what a connecting flight means. Goibibo group has accepted the same in me e-mail conversation. I mailed then but they just started wasting my time by assigning multiple (10-12) agents for one issue. They promised me and charged me 9000 for a connecting flight but delivered something completely different, and trust me my claim is not baseless, i have all the proof and basis for my claim. Ultimately when i had no choice i had to cancel my ticket and i am now getting a refund of only 1400rs out of the total amount paid, they have harrased me both mentally and economically.
