[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong information being shared | |||||
Date of incident: 06/08/2019 Booking number/ trip ID : CARPFFE5OLOAQXO Incident: Cab booked online on the Goibibo app. The booking says cancellation fees of 10% until 6 hour prior to travel. I am attempting on cancelling the booking many days in advance and it is showing refund Rs 0. Cancellation policy emailed to us is not being followed by the company Refund amount on cancellation is being shown as Rs 0. While the cancellation policy states otherwise. We never want you to feel like you're stuck with a bad experience. As per cab policy :- Modification to booking is not allowed. For minor amendments in location/ time of pickup or drop, you’re advised to coordinate directly with your driver once driver details have been shared with you. However booking was non refundable.
