[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong name displayed in ticket | |||||
I have booked a flight ticket for myself and my wife. Booking details showing wrong information for my wife's name. Its coming as Mrs Anurag Bhatt Even though her name in ID card is Himanshi Uniyal. Immediately within 2 minutes I called customer care and raised a complaint. Customer care team said they need 24-48 hrs for resolution. They are calling after 2 days and saying mistake is there from your side and you have to cancel and re-book the ticket. Ticket cost is 4500 and cancellation cost is 4000 What would I do with 500 refund. Please help. Cancel the ticket or change the name for my wife.
