Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Wrong Voucher/ Refund. Cheating and fraud of refund money

I had booked Mumbai to New York flight (turkish airlines) through goibibo. the flight was cancelled by goibibo and my money was not refunded. When I raised the complaint they they told me they cant give me money back but voucher for other ticket. I am using the voucher but it is showing incorrect number for voucher.
