I have never been on an airplane but saw a fraud transation of 1430/- on my SBI credit card for which I have made a complaint to the credit card company. Please, someone, help how to solve this problem. The credit card company told it is showing it is used for air tickets I explained to him that I have never traveled then how can I book a ticket for such cheap? Was this information helpful? Today morning around 5:27 AM I have received a message from citi bank stating Ra 5495 spent on your card ending XXXX on IBIBO group private without pin/otp. How can a transaction be made without cvv details and OTP. What scam is going on. Refund my money.
