Money debited without pin/otp

Today morning at 5:27 AM I have received a message stating INR 5497 has been debited from your CITI Credit card without pin/otp at IBIBO group pvt ltd. How is it even possible. What scam is going on....

fraud transaction

I have never been on an airplane but saw a fraud transation of 1430/- on my SBI credit card for which I have made a complaint to the credit card company. Please, someone, help how to solve this problem. The credit card company told it is showing it is used for air tickets I explained to him that I have never traveled then how can I book a ticket for such cheap?...
