I have done online trasaction but amount of Rs 10000 has been deducted but the amount was not credited and amount not refunded so please resolve the issue. Already I have mailed to bank about transcation of which query resolved stating transaction has been done, better contact your service provider" but since amount was not refund from the IBIBO WEB i need the answer. Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount to the respective accountvfrom which it was deducted.
