Hello team, I have ordered one plus 9T mobile through registered website of one plus. Asked to pay 56, 272 rupees which got debited from my union bank of india on 14th April 2021with reference id of IBIBO WEB PVT LIMITED- A615E3 My bank reference id is[protected]. Neither one plus phone received nor money. One plus phone company saying they have not received any order and IBIBO WEB PVT LIMITED not picking call.
