[Resolved] Ibibo.com — stay not allowed after booking confirmation | |||
We have booked a hotel on ibibo.com at the village resort, mandvi, gujarat for 24 feb-25 feb, 2018. We had got confirmation message from ibibo about hotel stay. But when we reached hotel, hotel management has informed that we are not dealing with ibibo as they are not giving us timely payment. And they have denied the stay even after much request. Hotel management has also told that we have not given any confirmation to the ibibo. So the ibibo has cheated us by giving false confirmation message. Then we have talked to ibibo representative. They have told to wait for 10 min to get querry resolved but they have not given a single call even after an hour. Then after repeated follow up they have come with a solution to arrange a stay at downgraded hotelwhich was not acceptable as per our conveniency. And that also after repeat follow up from our end. We had been mentally harrased due to inconveniency caused due to change in our tour plan and travelling difficulties and spoiled half of our day talking to ibibo representative. Also the family was disturbed a lot without any stay arrangement in the nearby vicinity. Was this information helpful? | |||

In an unfortunate situation related to any service failure from a hotel side, we trust that our guests would have raised the issue with the hotelier directly for a quick resolution or even in case our guests have completed the stay already we are more than glad to assist by bridging them and follow through with them with hotelier for a fair resolution.
