P.F transfer application complete in all respects was submitted to IBM Gurgaon for transfer of my P.F. from IBM to my current P.F Account at M/s. Sapient Gurgaon one year back . Till date the P.F has not been transfered.

THE PF FORMS WERE SUBMITTED TO IBM GURGAON OFFICE WHO FORWARDED THE SAME TO IBM BANGALORE OFFICE . IBM BANGALORE HAS INFORMED THAT THE PAPERS HAS BEEN SENT TO REGIONAL P.F OFFICE NO:-36, NH-4, LAKSHMI COMPLEX, K.R.PURAM, BANGALORE FOR TRANSFER TO SAPIENT GURGAON.

NEITHER IBM BANGALORE NOR P.F OFFICE K.R.PURAM BANGALORE DOES RESPOND.

I appeal to IBM Bangalor Office/ Regional P.F Office K.R.Puram Bangalore through this forum to kindly expedite the transfer of my P.F to my current P.F account with M/s. Sapient Gurgaon, details of which have been given above.I has faced enough mental agony and devoted my time and energy witout any result.

    I was working with Aviva Life Insurance and I left the organization in June 2008, but have’nt received my PF settlement. So, I personally applied for withdrawal of my PF amount from Wazirpur Delhi, but it has been six months that I have not received any communication from the PF office and as I am residing in Kolkata so it is becoming very difficult for me to make regular follow up. My PF no. is DL/25803/7508. Can anyone suggest me a better way to recover my money.

      I have an issue, my money is robbed from my account, I dont know what to do.Iam helpless, because I have family to run, and I dont have any money to run my family this Month.
      I had a HDFC Credit Card sometime in 2002, card number bearing [protected].On this card I had an outstanding amount of INR 10000, and the limit of this card was INR 15000, at that point of time, I did not pay the outstanding amount for which the collection agent had called me, and threatened me, by abusing my Mother, I had asked that person to come to my house to collect the money, because I wanted to reason with him fro abusing my Mother.This is an act of hooliganism, which needs to be condemned and addressed.Now I have my salary account with HDFC with the account No:[protected], with one of the HDFC branch and the address of this Branch, mentioned as follows.
      No 4, Bell Road, Chikkamaranahalli, Bangalore -560094.Now what is happened is, the Bank has deactivated my account with out any intimation, and when I tried to check my available balance on my account, it was showing as Rs 0.00, when I enquired it with the Bank, that is when they directed me to the Credit Card department, these people informed me that they have deactivated this account, because I have an outstanding on my credit card.This is robbing my Money from my account without intimation.
      On 05th March'09 I got a letter from the Bank stating that I have an outstanding of Rs 63000 on my credit card.which I suppose cannot be, and I assume these are fake charges.Which Iam not ready to pay, When I told this to them, then they called me for a settlement, to the address as follows.HDFC Bank Ltd, Old Airport Road, Golden Towers, 4th Floor, Kodihalli -Bangalore.
      Iam, ready to settle this amount on my principle out standing, If they think that by holding my hard earned salary, they can black mail me, then I would like to address this to the Consumer court, so that I get justice.Iam helpless, now.Please help me to get justice on this.

        Hi

        I joined IBM on 04-Jan-2007 and had requested for transfer of PF. My previous employer (Satyam computer Services Ltd) says the PF transfer stands complete around Oct 2007.

        I want to know if the amount has been credited to my current PF account no. KN/BN/19214/50511.
        This is with KR Puram PF office in Bangalore

        My old PF account number is AP/23034/5688 and it is with Barkatpura PF office in Hyderabad.

        It has been more than 1, 5 years, but I am not able to trace whether the transfer is complete and the amount is credited to my current PF account. My current employer asked me to call on the phone numbers of KR Puram PF office[protected] / 25617629 /25734590 to get the status, but the numbers are always busy.

        Please let me know if the transfer is complete and the money is credited to my current PF account.

          Dear sir,

          IBM INDIA PVT. LTD — IT refund

          Dear Team,

          I filed my tax returns for assessment year[protected] on 30th July 2008. I have a refund of Rs.14879.00. I have been calling up the local tax office in Bangalore, but they say that the refund for the assessment year 2008-09 has not started yet. I do not understand the reason for the delay when we pay the taxes in right time. Is it not our right to get back our refund in time? I am sure this is not an individual problem. My PAN NUMBER is ANBPS6544H and my receipt number is [protected].

            I have been working with IBM Daksh since February 2006. In April 2008 I moved into the Coporate IT (ID Co-ordinator team). This gave me a good opportunity to work within IT and I saw it as my first step towards my long and promising career with IBM.

            I was also very happy to have a good managers(Vikram Raina ) who encouraged me to take responsibilty and continuously supported me to enhance my skills. I, as a part of the ID co-ordinator team, have also been awarded for the contribution in the last Corporate awards event in August 2008.

            Everything was going fine till my second level manager(Vikram Raina) was replaced with a newly hired DGM, Manoj Verma, in early September 2008. Ever since Mr. verma took over, he has been quite unprofessional in dealing with all his staff including myself. At times he has been even abusive on the phone with me. He even threatened to fire me. Initially I was trying to make sense of why suddenly everything has changed although I have been working as efficiently as before. But gradually I came to know from my co-workers that they are quite upset with Mr. Verma's behaviour as well. I am quite distressed with the kind of treatment I have to put up with. After he used abusive language on the phone a few times, I (out of distress) recorded one of our conversations. I can produce this recording as a proof, if required.

            Manoj Verma has a very unprofessional way of dealing with his subordinates. He often uses foul language and never gives you a chance to clarify your stand. His threats of getting people fired is creating a fear psychosis within the team. It took me a lot of thinking to write to you because most of my co-workers are scared of reporting such things.

            Mr. Verma is a new hire and his attitude has encouraged bad behaviour from another manager, Kapil Wadhwa and Sanjay Kumar Sharma. Kapil has also lately been quite harsh and unprofessional with the staff. Together both Kapil and Manoj Verma have managed to drive out some of the experienced staff from the team. I and my two co-workers have already resigned and couple of more people are very upset and might follow suit.

            I spoke with the other teams as well and many of them are of the same opinion about Manoj Verma.
            The environment that we are forced to work in is telling upon mine and other team members productivity as well as the mental health. Everybody here is distressed and worried about our careers.

            I have complaint againt Manoj Verma many times to HR and Higher managment, but instead of helping me, they forced me to leave the Organisation. My Manager Sanjay Kumar Sharma also helped them, by always writing me surcastic mails and by rating me low. I asked HR to take the feedback from other stake holders, which I have worked with, but they forced me to accept this rating. I was not ready to leave the organization, but I would say I have been forced to leave the organization in this is a recession period.

            I would request you to take this up as topmost priority as people are suffering here both professionally and mentally. You could gather an anonymous feedback about Manoj Verma as well if that would convince you of seriousness of the issue.

            I strongly agree with you, I was the first person to leave the organization. Together Manoj Verma and Kapil wadwa forced me to leave the organization. I had complait against Manoj verma to HR and Higher Managment also, but no one seems to be helping. He used to threaten me and always used to write surcastic mails. He always threaten me to fire me. No one from Management was able to help me. He always uses abusive langauge. I dont understand why Management is helping him to do all this.
            He is at the higher Position, is that the only reason why Management is not helping us ???????

              It is such a pain to book a cab from Quick cab services. When they are called, they will say that your booking is confimed and you will receive a message within 30 minutes, if any issue you will be informed about that. Now you wait for 30 minutes, even more and find no response from them. You loose your valuable time.You call them back and at that point of of time, they will let you that your boking can not be entertained. Sometimes they disconnect your call also. How irritating that moment is, if you arereally getting late some urgen work and this kind of approach ?

              They do not deserve to exist with this kind of services. No professionalism. No services. Never come back to you with due course of time. When you call them, you need to wait for at least minutes to get connected and after that they disconnect it ...So irritating

              I believe, this is against the roghts of consumers and hence stringent actions to be taken aginst the guilty.

                Dear Sir/Madam

                I am Australian and was working with IBM India in Bangalore, and I left IBM in 20/7/2008.
                IBM submitted my PF withdrawal application to RPFC on 5th of November 2008, (My PF number: KN/BN/19214/067374).
                Till now I have not received the money in the specified bank account. Currently, I am no longer in India,
                I tried to call RPFC on[protected]/25617629/25734590, but no one answers.
                Would you please advise when I can get my money?

                IBM India — Citibank debit card not seen in the bill payment drop down.

                Hi,
                I used to pay my airtel bill till now through Citibank debit card.
                But now I am not able to see in the drop down menu when I select the debit card in the bill payment section. Kindly suggest as soon as possible.

                    HCSC is the one of the process giving more pressurizing the work, More production and treating the employees as a Slave. One OM is there name was Mr.Sanath, He is giving trouble to employees, partiallity and treating as slaves. So much is there. Be aware this, Better don't come this process
                    Pressurise on me to sign on paper of P.I.P .

                    I am Sandeep Chauhan, I am a senior Operation executive of citi crew process . I joined IBM as pilot batch of citi crew . I have spents my three yrs here. Mr. Vijay Verma is my T.L. He is showing me always atitude & treating to me with his bad atitude & doing partiality . He is giving trouble to me. I am mentally disturb by him. I am already facing my family problem. My family also facing my irritation. I am getting irrirtate day by day, due to my office problems..That's why i didn't meet my target last two months . He decided to give me P.I.P. which is bad thing for my career.I request him to give me one more chance. I will improve my self & show my well performance. because i have 10 days rest to comeplete this month, I will definately meet my productivity target this months. Don't do P.I.P. He angry at me & staring me like that i am his slave . He never support to me. He has a personal issues with me that's why he is doing such kind of cheap work with me . Because he has a power. He can do anything whatever his mind wants. when he was a quality lead he always mark finding on my work intentionally. He dont want to see me grownup.After that when he got a A.M. designation. he become proudy & doing whatever he wants. The only person who have lots of attrition in his teams. No body can takes offically action against him why. Now i want to escalate this matter to you. Please do something for me.I need your help asap.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I (J. P. Singh) am staying in Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad – U.P. I took domestic light connection in Feb 2008. It was working from June 2008. On 9th July meter reading was 136 units. On 31st August 2008 meter reading was 716 units which are high. On 17th October meter reading was 2719 which is too much high. Initially, I was using BM services supply since Jan 2005 and my consumption never cross 150 units per month. So, I wrote complain to J.E. (Mr. R. P. Singh). He gave order for arrange check meter. I have deposited check meter fee (Rs. 150/-) but still electricity department did not fix check meter. My electricity bill is increasing exponentially i.e. around Rs. 10, 000/-. Mr. R. P. Singh gave suggestion deposit some amount of bill. From that day onward, I am depositing Rs. 1500/- for two months after taking permission from SDO Shipra Suncity (Mr. R. K. Banshal). Even then some goons are coming at my home frequently for electricity disconnection and they demand for total bill amount and Rs. 300 extra for each visit. I meet with SDO Shipra Suncity, Ghaziabad (Mr. R. K. Banshal), Mr. Banshal has written that doesn’t disconnect consumer connection even then people are coming frequently at my home and misbehaving, demand and threat for Rs. 300 for each visit. Till now, I have paid them Rs. 300/ many times. Only once they took cheque other wise they always took cash. I also called many time SDO meter (Indirapuram). He always says that gives Rs. 300/- cash to those people and with in one week we will fix your check meter but still he didn’t provide check meter.
                      So, I request you to please take appropriate action against of this type social crime.

                      and i totally agree with you.
                      I am also living in Shipra Sun City, since Aug., 2004. and know of several cases where the actual consumption is very little but the meter shows high reading. This is not the fault of the meter but of faulty wiring by the Builder. If you have the earth leakage checked and fixed, the problem would be resolved.                         Reg. The Interview

                        Recently IBM had call'd for some professional from different agencies. IBM had call'd for interview without shortlisting the CVs. After reaching IBM they have eleminated some people without any interview saying that " The agencies have to see the CVs before they shortlist. And they should match the requirement". Many times this had happened with IBM. I hope their is some scam going with the HR team and the agencies....

                            1) Mohd. Islam at [protected] – Claimed to be part of Airtel billing team-(Total fraud person)
                            2) Kamal - Claimed to be a supervisor to Mohd. Islam at [protected]
                            3) Mr. Pranav Gupta - Claimed to be a floor manager at the CRM – Need to have some personal responsibility towards each customer..
                            4) Naveen - Claimed to be a floor supervisor at the CRM – Need to have some personal responsibility towards each customer and should learn how to stand on the commitment given to a customer...

                            I believe Bharti needs to spread a common value in each employee... This is some personal responsibility towards each customer!!! And should learn how to stand on the commitment given to a customers’

                              My PF form was submitted on 12th of Sep 2008 from IBM India PVT ltd, bangalore, till nw no account is not processed, MOREOVER NO BODY CARES 2 respond for a call .I am tired of callin again n again...I request to concerned dept to take the issue seriously...and process my account as soon as possible.

                                This is in ref. to my Telephone No.[protected], the shifting request was submitted on 30/10/2008 from my earlier residence to new location at Hosakerehalli. The OB ref. No. 9125147, till date neither I got Telephone connection restored nor Broadband. Appreciate, if BSNL follows in sending communication to Customers, weather there is feasibility OR will get connection after 3-6 months etc., The situation is really discouraging to us, even after making prompt payments to Bills well in advance. I hope some action is taken on this request and will get communication back to my ID.

At that time i have been asked to wait for 60 days and they assured me that i will get my amount credited to my bank account with in 60 days. But till dateait i m waiting for that.

                                  IBM India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  the IBM Daksh P.F department abnd fnf section is very cordial. I dont agree that they are not crediting P.F, I was been provided P.F within 1 month, you have not contacted the right person or there is a problem in your account or on documents you submitted.
                                  IBM Daksh gurgaon is one of the most gentle and efficient organization in the world who will not give you trouble in terms of bonus or P.F. I am a great appreciator of their prompt service.
                                  I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE TOO.

                                    I applied for pancard on 6th November 2008 through UTI agent . On 20th November 2008 i was given my pan card no which is ARSPB9184F . I was told that the card has gone for printing and i would get it in a few days . As of today ie 30th December 2008 i still havent received pancard . I check my post everyday .                                       Dear Sir,

                                      With due respect, i want to state that i joined IBM in Nov 2006 and served the company as Test Specialist till Jul 2008 and in process of serving the company i used to hold PF and VPF account as i left the company i withdrew my account.I fulfilled all the required formalities filled form no 19 (EPF 1952)& 10-C(EPS) for withdrwal of PF and VPF account .Its matter of great demise that after 4 months also IBM has not clear the situation of my PF and VPF withdrwal.The people have alkways diplomatically replied to all my mails stating that my clearance of PF and VPF account is in process and after such a long time now they say they cant disclose the status due to confidentiality and i can know by calling on the telephone number.Sir, these numbers are always busy and i am finding it really very tough to track the situation.please help me to get my hard earned money back .Kindly guide as i am in real need.
                                      Also they confirmed by mail that i will get my PF and VPF account withdrwal through same procedure.

                                      IBM — DELAY OF PPF

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Please refer my file No.CAL-A[protected] application dated 10.06.09. My status of Passport enquiry shows to submit PPF Form. In this regard I would like to inform you that My local Police station Jagiroad of Morigaon District , Assam informed me that the file have been forwarded to the Supdt. of Police (Zonal) S.B. Assam Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 vide memo no.DSB(M)/FVP/Passport/10/31 dated 26.02.2010.
