Ibm India Pvt Ltd — Dropping issue not on time 7 Am but 9.30 Am dropped

The service was extremely poor and disappointing. The bus stopped at almost every bus stop, causing unnecessary delays. The AC was being shared between the front and back seats, and the doors were not properly cleaned.

The driver was also stopping at every bus stop and issuing tickets, which further delayed the journey. Overall, the service and hospitality were very poor.

I booked this ticket by mistake, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this service to others.

I want the redund because my appointment got canceled. Becuase of bus delayed. I never ever experience this kind of service.
Inside all the passengers are affected.
