On 12th JULY at 8:05 AM while applying for the online IBPS PO exam I pursued the payment via UPI method, scanned the barcode through Phone pay, and immediately the amount of Rs 175/-was deducted from my account, however it was received by the IBPS BILLDESK but I checked the portal for payment it is still showing the message that the transaction was not completed and I didn't received the refund in my account.
