Ibps Billdesk — The amount has been debited from my account and merchant did not receive

On 8th May at 1:31 PM while applying for the online SBI clerk exam I pursued the payment via UPI method ie scanned the barcode through Google pay, and immediately the amount of Rs 750/-was deducted from my account, however it was not received by the merchant as when I checked the portal for payment it is still showing the message that the transaction was not completed. Also, today I have raised a ticket in the Google pay as well.Hence, till date I have not received the refund in my account.
